EQWELL carefully crafts Supported Independent Living home environments centred around humanness, belonging, and self-determination, to support meaningful living for those in our care.
Supported Independent Living.
Using the Supported Independent Living budget within an NDIS funding plan, we help to craft a home in a location those in our care are connected to, where they feel safe and comfortable. Then, we'll provide the necessary support to lead thriving, fulfilling lives.
We deliver this by strategically selecting the right people more likely to get the best outcomes for those in our care, all in consultation, whilst prioritising choice and control to build a dream life in a house we hope is called home.

We believe everyone deserves to embrace life’s full potential, from settling into your first home to connecting with your chosen community, and beyond.
We don't see 'people with disabilities'; we only see people. Some just have a challenge or two more than others.
It’s our goal to help others see that too, by providing the guidance and empowerment for those living with disability to live a full life, fully connected within the wider community.

Once you’ve contacted us and expressed an interest in learning more about
EQWELL, we’ll meet to discuss your goals, preferences, and to share about who we are, and what we do.
The purpose here is to see if an EQWELL home is the right fit for your needs.
WE PLAN
Once we've confirmed we're the right fit, we'll work together to develop an appropriate transition plan.
This ensures your move is least disruptive, and ensures the best success for you in your new home with EQWELL.
WE SETUP
With a solid plan in place, EQWELL will work to ready your new home, and support your transition by helping to create a comfortable, personalised space from day one.
At the same time, we’ll partner you with EQWELL Team Members to begin forging strong bonds, so home feels familiar from the beginning.
WE MOVE IN
The exciting part. Move-in day.
Here, EQWELL officially welcomes you to your new home, and we begin getting you settled and oriented, establishing routines.
We'll also explore your local community and surroundings to ease you into your new home.
WE THRIVE
As you settle into your new EQWELL home, we’ll continue working with you to provide the support you require, and make adjustments as we go to keep making your living environment more homely so you can thrive.
